How do we:
Day 1 – Is about Best Practice Operational Techniques and Condition
Monitoring. On day 1 operators and supervisors
Learn how obtain At least 25% increases in performance over current
techniques.
How do they obtain
this you might ask?
We have worked
with numerous operational staff and Councils over the last 10 years
reviewing their techniques of grading and resheeting to ensure they get
the best out of what they doing.
We have developed
a unique grading audit performance criteria and use the well reconised
page and green gravel material assessment charts for unsealed roads to
assist with getting maximum performance. Finally plant selection is
another key area to review for success.
We have developed
a very practical training day, showing numerous videos of techniques of
what to do and not to do.
Day 2 - Budgeting and Programming on Limited Budgets using Defined Service
Levels.
Learn how to save $$$ thousands from servicing roads when required using
proven practical management techniques that work.
We have worked
with 6 regional councils continuously over the last 10 years developing and
refining proven methods to direct funds to road when required rather then
by the reactive responses that lead to over servicing and over spending.
At the training
course we will show you how we have achieved this using some very
practical and proven techniques from;
Defining Service
levels in a way that is easy to communicate to council and users.
Using a budgeting
tool in excel that models the network service delivery to show direct outcomes of
costs, resources and risks.
Programming works
based on condition intervention levels to ensure all roads get the defined
service levels and are not driven solely by complaints.
Communication
strategies to make the whole approach work.
